The Latest Addition To The EMPI High-Performance Line. This Pressure Plate Is Perfect For Drag Race, Sand or Off-Road, Or High-Performance Street Applications. This 200mm Pressure Plate Is Rated At 1700 lbs. They Are Factory Balanced With A Removable Centering Ring To Cover Both Early And Late Transmission Applications.

Application: For All Air-cooled Volkswagen Bug / Beetle, Karmann Ghia, Bus, Dune Buggies, Kit Cars, Baja Bugs, And Sandrails Using Single Disc 200mm (8 Inch) Pressure Plates And Flywheels.

Just what the project needed

I was upgrading the engine from an old 1500 cc to a 2100 cc. I was trying to use the old engine parts to fill out a Long Block. The clamp on the old block didn't fit onto the new block mount. This necessitated buying a new clap that had the offset to the mount point. What I got fit the bill perfectly and classed it up a bit.
