Empi 9550 Deluxe Vw Bug Front And Rear Steel Transmission Support Kit, For Use With OEM Or Urethane Mounts. This Allows Maximum Support With Little Flex, Rubber Insulation Reduces Noise. Using Urethane Mounts Help Prevent Wheel Hop Which May Cause Transmission Or Other Component Damage, A Must For Use Under Harsh Enviroment. Application For Volkswagen Type 1 Transmissions 1962 Thru 1972 Also Fits Most Dune Buggies, Sandrails, Manx Buggy, And Baja Bugs.

  • Orders over $400 are subject to a 10% restocking fee

Service was good.there are a few setbacks regarding the product.NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED! ALSO there is no way the rear strap will fit with the rubber padding . Snug fit without . if you have any type of skid plate the front straps worthless.in general great design and pretty simple to install for intended purpose.

Grant steering wheel adapter

I needed a “plain” faced hub for my Grant wheel, and was thinking I might have to machine one myself. Luckily I found this before I reinvented the wheel. The hidden three-bolt design was exactly what I needed. I did have to machine a relief in the backside of the adapter plate because my steering wheel shaft and nut sat about 3/16” proud of the surface. Now I have a the smooth, flat surface for the decal I had made. Thanks for saving me all the time!
